With all the attention being given to barefoot running and the controversy that it is generating (Barefoot is Bad; There is no barefoot running debate), then it is not surprising that there is a barefoot app. My hope was that this app would help me learn more about barefoot running and how to transition to it safely. I was disappointed and couldn’t get it to work properly and neither could a lot of people posting reviews on it on iTunes. Its a shame it has problems, as the concept behind it is really good. Not recommended.
